Breakfast
Sirt muesli with kefir, tinned peach, blueberries and raspberries

Flat white coffee
Green & Black's orange milk chocolate

Lunch
Lettuce, 1/2 avocado, hard-boiled egg, beetroot, vinaigrette
2 rice cakes with chicken liver pâté
Nectarine

Homemade flapjack
Plum

Dinner
Chips, 2 poached eggs, mushy peas, ketchup

Willie's cacao Madagascan gold, 1/2 square
Turmeric tea with honey & lemon
