Breakfast
Turmeric tea with honey & lemon
1/2 avocado, 2 poached eggs, smoked salmon
Aeropress coffee

Plum

Lunch at IKEA
Meatballs, mash, peas, gravy, loganberry sauce
Almond & chocolate cake


1 Ricola
Smoothie: banana, hazelnut milk, cinnamon, turmeric

Dinner at La Pizzeria
Slice of garlic bread, slice of cheesy garlic bread
Chicken Milanese: Chicken in Breadcrumbs, fried in Olive Oil & served with Spaghetti Bolognese
