Lunch

1/2 avocado
Waitrose duck liver pâté, 2 Nairns oatcakes, 1 Kallo rice cake
Dried cranberries & macadamia nuts

Dinner
Yorkshire Provender beetroot soup with horseradish

Willie's cacao Venezuelan gold, 1 square
